Windhalt Gatehouse is a dungeon in Wild Arms XF, played through in Act 1-2 of the storyline. Clarissa Arwin and her brother Felius Arwin are passing through after having just protected a travelling merchant from mercernary Drifters who were robbing a travelling merchant on Trader's Road. As the Arwin siblings approach, other members of the Martial Guard block off the checkpoint in order to capture Labyrinthia Wordsworth, who is in the area and wanted for terrorism. They are helped in the ensuing battle a second time by the stray dog Tony, as well as Labyrinthia who turns out to be the dog's owner. Labyrinthia mistakes Clarissa for Princess Alexia, who has gone missing a year ago, due to their uncanny resemblance.
