Sybil is a character from the Wild Arms: Twilight Venom cartoon, in Episode 15 "Natural Born Angel". A young woman who was subject to ROOF's failed experiments of creating individuals who had the same capability to use ARMS as Sheyenne Rainstorm. She is being hunted by the other defective ARMs users, Pedro, Zed and Judecca Dantes, all of whom die upon firing their ARMs.
She tries to commit suicide in the opening scene by standing in front of a train and firing her own ARM, but is saved by Sheyenne and Kiel. She initially appears a bit spacey in personality, claiming to be an angel who protects lives and guides the dead. However, the nature of her plight eventually becomes clear, and she is the one to protect Sheyenne and company from Judecca in the end, giving her own life without fear in the end and leaving Sheyenne a clue towards finding his real body. She is voiced by Dorothy Elias Fahn in the English dub and Iri Miyajima in the original Japanese version.
