Starlit Path is a dungeon that appears in Wild Arms 5 and Wild Arms XF.

The Starlit Path in the Vth Vanguard (Japanese:繋ぎ紡がれし路, Tsunagitsumugareshi Michi) connects the continents of northeast and southeast Filgaia. Dean Stark travels through this tunnel with his team on the way to Honeysday on their quest to find information about "Johnny Appleseed". The bosses fought here are Sand Crab and Sand Stag and Rhinoceros.

In Crossfire, Starlit Path is accessed by travelling through Rainy Pass during Act 1-11. This level is mostly a puzzle, devoid of enemies until the very end, and features a doorway sealed by a mechanism requiring the characters to activate different types of switches. The switches activate two Warp Crests, which Levin Brenton and Felius Arwin use to teleport to the other side and activate the remaining switches. In the final room, Levin and Felius must fight a group of Fairylights.
