R.O.O.F is the main antagonistic force of the Wild Arms: Twilight Venom cartoon, led by Gina Angel. The organization is responsible for the creation of ARMS and experimentation on humans to give them the ability to use the ARMS at the cost of their life force. Dr. Sabriskie and Dr. Kiel Aronnax were key members of ROOF, each playing a part in separating the mind and body of the hero Sheyenne Rainstorm, putting his mind into a child's body and creating a using his real body to house a personality created from his past-life memories of Keanu Fallwind. By proxy of this show's version of Irving Vold Valeria, who is an artificial human created by the organization, ROOF is in control of Filgaia's government.
