Pill Bug

The Pillbug (also know as Pill Bug in Wild Arms 2) are recurring enemies who have appeared in some games in the Wild Arms series.

Wild Arms[]

They are not considered a threat because they appear early in the game, but usually attack in a group With Gob, when they feel threatened it is common for them to flee and abandon a battle.

Later we find an enemy similar to him and stronger in Gemini's Corpse called Urchinbug.

In the first game are more easily found in Memory Temple, Lolithia's Tomb and trough the map near Adlehyde, Curan Abbey, Surf Village, Berry Cave and Lolithia's Tomb.

Pill Bug can be found Meria Boule region, near Sword Cathedral area.

Different from his previous appearance, he now has a dark greeen color and several spikes on his body With spark yellow eyes. Later we found two enemies that have the same model in the game, they are Urchin Bug and Bockle.

His Monster Shop Card number is 253.

Wild Arms 3[]

Pillbug are back in Wild Arms 3, they can be found in Fallen Sanctuary dungeon.

They look like a big bug with spike trought their entire body just like the one found in the Second game but more green than dark, attacking in groups.

Strategy: Pillbugs are strong against physical attacks! The best way to take them down is to cast Refrigerate, but you will not be able to do so on the first turn. Your best bet is to Shoot once to accumulate some FP, and allow the enemies to attack until your FP reaches 10, then cast Refrigerate over and over until the battlefield is wiped clean.
