Orga Widow
Orga Widow is the boss from the end of the dungeon at Mount Zenom, she is sent by Belselk to attack the group that sought to protect the statue of Seal God.
Orga Widow is one of the more powerful bosses at this point so you are going to want to be careful when in this fight. She will continuously cast Poison on your party, but that should not be your main concern. Rather be concerned about her skill Capture Web which will damage your party & inflict Paralysis on all of them.

If your entire party gets paralyzed then you have no choice but to wait for a condition green hoping you don't get wiped out in the wait.
