Once Upon A Time In Fargaia (Japanese: ワンス・アポン・ア・タイム・イン・ファルガイア) is the twenty-first and penultimate episode of the Wild Arms Twilight Venom anime.

Synopsis

Sheyenne Rainstorm and Keanu Fallwind are engaged in gunfight, with Sheyenne hesitating to harm Keanu physically due to the latter being in possession of his real body. Loretta Oratorio, Mirabelle Graceland and Issac take Jerusha's body to the Revival Tree, a Ley Point where the world's Leylines converge. The soul that initially enters Jerusha's body is the spirit of the planet Filgaia, who recounts Keanu's loyalty to the planet as leader of an Earthling immigrant colony causing his relationship with his fiancée Laila Margaret to collapse; the spirit entreats the trio to help Sheyenne as the reincarnation of Keanu and then allows Jerusha to revive. Elsewhere, Dr. Kiel Aronnax discovers the roots of the ancient conflict between Keanu and Laila and finds himself held at gunpoint by Laila Lai/Gina Angel (with Lucied and Irving) herself, who further elaborates her duty to confine the mutations turning life-forms into monsters to the planet Filgaia and that she mistakenly believed that Keanu was committing adultery. As Kiel has uncovered that the present-day Keanu's personality was artificially created by Dr. Sabriskie, Laila hysterically demands that Sheyenne's body and mind be reunited and cites Kiel as the one responsible for Sheyenne's condition. The battle between Sheyenne and Keanu is stopped by Laila and Kiel, who reveal to Keanu that his memories are fake, and the three treasure huntresses plus Issac arrive to reveal to Irving his nature as a "backup" of Sheyenne. Unable to cope with the revelation, Keanu points his ARMS at himself and shoots himself in the head.
