To access this location, the player must first enter the Saloon Gunners Heaven in Damzen City and speak with Axel at the bar. He will ask if you would like a drink and the second option will be the Beri-Bari Chili Noon which costs 100 Gella.
After that he will start gossiping, saying that near Damzen there is a strange building that might interest the characters.
After that, just head to a cluster of rocks to the southwest and use the locator to find the spot.
Once there, the player will find the Kaiju Card shop. The location has a different look from the other locations in the game and a peculiar mascot, but the most interesting thing is that the clerk offers something unique, he allows the player to view a special card that contains an art and the attributes of all enemies defeated so far and can be accessed at any time.
On the lower floor, it is also possible to change the names of the characters by talking to the clerk.
