Lambda Zellweger is a major antagonist in Wild Arms 4. He is the honorable leader of Brionac, who believes that his actions will save humanity.
Story[]
Lambda is presented as an honorable and professional soldier, who greatly cares about his subordinates. He possesses the unique ability known as "Blue Destiny", which allows him to foresee the future. Knowing the hardships that humanity suffers on the war-torn Filgaia, Lambda is known to be prone to tears, which gave him the nickname "Future Veiled in Tears". Lambda unquestionably obeys the command of the CABAL, believing that their plan of retrieving the Divine Weapon will bring peace and prosperity to humanity.
Eventually, Lambda deduces that CABAL intentionally sends members of Brionac on impossible missions alone, and betrays them. In their confrontation, the leader of CABAL declares that without leaders, humans are too weak to fend for themselves. Seeing a point in his words, Lambda decides to make humanity stronger. In order to do this, he intends to use the Divine Weapon to unleash dangerous monsters on the world, so only the strong may survive and thrive. However, he decides to give the party a chance, and awaits them before the Weapon's chamber. In their battle, he is defeated and, persuaded by Jude's speech, entrusts the fate of Filgaia to them.

He possesses an iron will, and the ability to accurately "see" the future. A calculating man who, in order to guarantee the success of the mission, always has a trump card readied. It is under his command that the Lieutenants pursue Yulie.
In Battle[]
Lambda is fought as a boss at level 49 in the depths of the Illsveil Prison. In battle, he randomly ignores ("No Effect") any attack thanks to his special ability. There doesn't appear to be any specific pattern of which attacks he can block.
