In Wild Arms 4 Jane Doe AX appears as the first boss of Dievas Airport, alongside Jane Doe SW and Jane Doe GN. The trio possesses a combination attack called "Triple Threat", which they can activate when they stand in one HEX. Jane Doe AX can use Dispel and Hyper, and also has a normal attack and a more powerful physical melee attack "Severing Axe".
