In Wild Arms 4 Hyperions appear as opponents in a challenge of the Battle Arena in Guara Bobelo, "Arnaud vs. The Behemoth!". They appear in a pair, and Arnaud fights them alone. They drain Arnaud's MP with "Magic Drain", and then use the non-elemental spell "Agony Effect" and melee attacks to finish him off. They also regenerate 800 HP at the start of their turn, and can counter with the same Magic Drain. It shares its model with Troll.
