Horses

Horses are a means of travelling across the Filgaia world map in Wild Arms 3 for the player party. They are initially purchased from Dessinsey at the stables in the town of Claiborne and the player can summon them using a Call Whistle purchased from Roykman. They can be used to clear crevices that the party members cannot cross on foot and are faster than running. If there is a random encounter while riding a horse, the battles will be on horseback and attackers will close the distance for melee. Virginia Maxwell rides a white horse named "Quicksilver" (Japanese:クイックシルバー); Jet Enduro rides a light-brown horse he simply dubs "Horse" (Japanese:馬); Clive Winslett rides a dark-brown horse with a white snout called "Maximillian" (Japanese:マクシミリアン); and Gallows Carradine rides a black horse named "Lalamy" (Japanese:ららみぃ).
