
Hanigar is a mining town in Wild Arms XF, accessible from Act 1-9 onwards. The Martial Guard has commandeered the town's resources and workforce, and it is up to Chevalet Blanc to drive out the mercenaries and rescue the village Elder's granddaughter. Part of the town temporarily becomes a dungeon with enemies to battle during the nighttime mission.

Namby-Pamby Clerk: Informs the party about Richala Rose, a town north of Hanigar that is at war with the Martial Guard.
Neatnik: Available to talk when Chevalet Blanc have temporarily been sent back in time.

Foreman Phil: He asks the player party to speak with Jeune, the town's leader.
Workman #2: Gives the party a tip about the activators keys for the mines, which are in the Martial Guard's possession.

Jeune the Elder: The head of the town of Hanigar. He initially mistakes Clarissa Arwin for Princess Alexia. He makes an entreaty to her party to help free the town from the Martial Guard, who have taken control of the peoples' mines and forced them into labor, in addition to holding his own granddaughter hostage.
Toco: The granddaughter of Jeune, a little girl rescued by Chevalet Blanc and brought home.

Ore Miner: A witness who saw the Elder's granddaughter being moved to a workhouse in Zone 4, informing the party of the lighter night watch as opposed to the daytime guard and to navigate by rooftops or by mine lifts.
Funk the Drifter: A patron of the in who noticed some Martial Guard troops along the southwest road on his way to Hanigar and is disappointed to have missing out on the excitement of the uprising.
