Fatal Goddess (Japanese: フェイタル・ゴッデス) is the sixteenth episode of the Wild Arms Twilight Venom anime.
Synopsis[]
Sheyenne Rainstorm is restless and frustrated after so much time being unable to find his real body, in addition to losing Sybil in the previous episode. Dr. Kiel Aronnax and Issac comfort him as they ride through the desert towards the capital of Filgaia where ROOF's base is located. Meanwhile, the commander of Filgaia, Irving Vold Valeria, is expecting Sheyenne, and talks with his subordinate about a supposed "goddess" protecting their capital; it is at this moment Gina Angel awakens, arms herself and leaves with the Guardian Lucied in tow.
Somewhere in the open ocean, the three treasure hunter girls Loretta Oratorio, Mirabelle Graceland and Jerusha find a chest full of gold and jewelry. While at first celebratory, Loretta blames their haplessness up until this point on Sheyenne, who soon after has to come to their rescue from another sea monster while he and Kiel and trying to board a seaworthy vessel.
After shooting up several small animals as target practice, Gina has a mental breakdown and seems to have forgotten what she has done, dropping her guns and fleeing in shock and horror at the bloody mess. However, her alter ego takes over again when the ROOF agents have her done her mask, and she requests usage of a sealed weapon. ROOF continues to make attempts and progress at reviving Keanu Fallwind, the apparent "King of the Evil Race".
