Critter

Critter is a recurring enemy of the Wild Arms franchise, his first appearance was in Wild Arms. This enemy has appeared in more than one game in the franchise and its appearance always has different colors.

Wild Arms[]

They are enemies encountered in Guardian Shrine, Cage Tower, Tripillar and Filgaia near of Milama.

It has the appearance of orb robots that are capable of flying, have large yellow eyes and attack in large groups.

Later we find an enemy resembling him stronger in Giant's Cradle called Imp..

WA2 Critter named — Critter in Wild Arms 2

Critter reappears in the second game, its general appearance is the same but with some softer details and this time with a blue color.

These are little creatures are spheres with springs and wings that are constantly bouncing around with a macabre smile on their faces.

His in-game model is the same of Imp found later in game.

They are enemies encountered in Telepath Tower. Usually attack alone, in packs or With Rat Monkey.

His Monster Card Shop number is 085.

Critter can be found in Fortune Gear.

Critters are enemies who often lower your magic resistance with Feeble Mind. The thing is, they have no magic attacks! They will also attack with 16t, which is a fairly weak physical hit, or they may even waste their turns doing nothing. They're not the problem; Griffins are. They use Storm Blade to deal Wind elemental damage to your whole team, and cast Turbulence to boost Evasion. Annoying, indeed!
