Ciel Shelter (Japanese:シエル・シェルター)[1] is a town in Wild Arms 4, the hometown of Jude Maverick and a bio-dome hovering over Filgaia.
Story[]
According to Ethelda Maverick, she and the other villagers were once part of a group of scientists who created ARMs, but wanted to live in peace afterwards. After Brionac's invasion while searching for Shapeshifter, the generator that kept Ciel afloat was damaged, causing Ciel to fall into the sea.
In light of its destruction, the town becomes inaccessible after the prologue, except for one instance in the Forgotten City where Jude touches Hauser Blackwell and relives one of his memories of the shelter.
